EE Graduate Admissions

Welcome to the graduate admissions section of the Electrical Engineering department's website. Modern electrical engineering is a broad and diverse field and graduate education in this department will satisfy a variety of objectives.

Applications for full-time study toward the M.S., Ph.D. and Engineer's degrees are accepted for Autumn quarter start only. The deadline for submitting an application for Autumn quarter 2010, is December 15, 2009. All applicants will be notified of admission decisions, via email, in early March 2010.

Applications for part-time study toward the M.S. and Engineer's degrees, via the Honors Cooperative Program (HCP), are accepted for Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer quarters. Please see the HCP section below for more information on our part-time graduate programs. A list of our application deadlines can also be found in the Application Deadlines and Timeline section.
