Student Comments: Prof. Inan's course reader (soon to be published text book) is the best reference I've seen. It develops very good intuition. It beats Ramo, Whinnery, and Van Duzer as well as Cheng's book.
I don't think the book by Ramo, Whinnery and Van Duzer offers a whole lot of insight. Look for a text that emphasizes principles and intuition.
