demonstrate an ultrafast sampel and hold circuit using optically
triggered metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) switches made of low
temperature (LT) grown GaAs for use in a photonic A/D conversion
system. We incorporate a differential configuration to reduce
feedthrough noise.
