CThR2 Efficient GHz Silicon detectors in unmodified CMOS processes are attractive for dense optical interconnection to electronics. Using blue short pulses we demonstrate 50ps rise time lateral P-I-N detectors in a commercial silicon-on-sapphire CMOS process. |
